Third time lucky

This is my third attempt at blogging. My first start was in April 2004, when I was 7 months pregnant with too much time on my hands and too little enthusiasm to do anything else. Then I forgot my password and all. My second attempt (and second blog account, also on Blogger) was a couple of weeks ago, but then I decided two accounts were one too many. So, having retrieved my username and password to the first one, I have proceeded to delete the second and make my third debut (or is it my second?) on my first account.

Hmmm, have I confused you all yet? I don't even know if I want to publish this for everyone to see...
